John M. Williams

For over 10 years my primary focus has been representing people injured by the negligence of others, including automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and dog bite injuries. I started representing people injured by the negligence of others in my home state of Ohio, first as an associate attorney and as a sole practitioner. Ohio was a wonderful state in which to grow up, but during my travels in the U.S. Coast Guard, I discovered many wonderful places, including the great State of Washington. I moved to Seattle in 2000 and I truly believe that Washington is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I was also lucky enough to meet my wife here, which makes it that much more special.

During my career in Ohio and here in Washington, I have been fortunate to not only work as a plaintiff's trial attorney, but also as a claim representative in the insurance industry. The experience of working in the insurance industry has provided me with invaluable knowledge of their inner workings and claims processes. Insurance companies are a business, and as a business, they are motivated by and guided by profit. Because they are profit centered, there is an inherent conflict when evaluating a claim by an injured victim. While there are certainly insurance adjusters who want to be ethical and do the right thing, they are constrained by a huge corporate giant that is in existence to generate profit. I believe that my role is to force the insurance company to do the right thing and act reasonably, regardless of profit or loss.

Our only criteria for taking a case is whether or not we will be able to help obtain fair compensation for the negligence of another. Unlike insurance companies, our focus is our client and our motivation is seeing a successful outcome for our clients.

Whether you need our services to fight for your rights against the insurance company, or simply have a few questions, feel free to call us. We are more than happy to speak with you.
